This event honors and recognizes the commitment of seniors across the Western Slope who are choosing military service as their next step. Families, friends, classmates, teachers, and community members are all invited to join us for this special event to recognize and honor the decision to serve.

Family and Community Picnic

The first part of this program will introduce our new recruits to their community and they will take their oath of service in front of family and friends. Afterwards, stay for the Family and Community Picnic! This is an opportunity for new military families to connect with other new military families, ask questions and get answers from experienced military parents and recruiters, and have fun celebrating your child's decision to join! Community members are encouraged and welcome! Get to know your local service members and military families and show your support for our Western Slope military community!

Food will be provided for recruits and their families, community members may purchase meals at a reasonable rate. Registration required.
